In July 2018, Changzhou Huashu Jinming Intelligent Equipment Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. reached new heights in automobile power battery module & PACK production lines, which has obtained lithium battery from LEAPMOTOR, LISHEN, PSA GROUP and CHANGAN in one month.

Hangzhou LEAPMOTOR has become a new rising power in the field manufacturing of vehicle with the concept of “IT Man – Made Automobile”. Huashu Jinming build a cylindrical battery module automatic assembly production line which can meet the manufacturing demands of multiple products. The whole module production line is designed with 240ppm (takt time), 60 modules per hour (net output), 200,000 moduels (annual output).

Through full cooperation, Huashu Jinming and Tianjin LISHEN has successfully declared national scientific research planned project for twice in combining production and research. The two bid-winning prismatic module full-automatic assembly production lines and the two bid-winning prismatic PACK lines will be applied to Qingdao LISHEN’s 2,000,000,000 WH power battery base.

Huashu Jinming will build four power battery production lines for Qingdao LISHEN this time, which will adopt information acquisition module in the whole process to supervise the whole process of the whole production line and will adopt central control system to make whole-process control over the production process. It will adopt advanced seam bonding, Busbar laser welding technology, and will achieve flexible and information manufacturing based on intelligent robots. The whole PACK line will be driven by AGV, and will be equipped with a complete MES system, including housing preprocessing, fastening of module, laser welding and system testing.

In addition, Huashu Jinming has got a PACK assembly line of DPCA’s Wuhan plant which is the subsidiary of PSA (Peugeot Citroen Group) and a PHEV battery production line of Chongqing Changan Automobile Corporation Ltd.

In 2018, Huashu Jinming not only keeps exploring the marketing space of power battery manufacturer, but also has developed many new vehicle customers, which has made different degrees technical breakthroughs in cylindrical, prismatic and soft-packed battery module & PACK lines.
